PRIME ANSWER Guidelines

1. Purpose and function of the service

  1. This platform is a place for IT engineers to share knowledge and ask and answer questions to solve problems.
  2. The user establishes a reward for his or her question and posts it with the question.
  3. Other users then provide answers, and the questioner selects the answer he or she finds most useful as the best answer.
  4. The respondent selected as the best answer will receive a set incentive (less a 20% commission).

2. Handling of Reward Money

  1. When submitting a question, the questioner is free to set the amount of the reward. Reward amounts are considered based on the importance and difficulty of the question and are set as rewards for appropriate respondents. The minimum amount is set at 500 yen and the maximum at 1,000,000 yen, and the reward can be set within these limits.
  2. Once one or more users have provided a response, the full amount of the reward will be temporarily paid to us.
  3. It is important to note that once an answer has been submitted, it is impossible to cancel the reward, and once the best answer has been selected, it is also impossible to change that selection.

3. Community Rules and Manners

  1. Our platform is designed as a place to respectfully learn from each other.
  2. Therefore, we ask that you avoid the following behaviors
    1. Inappropriate language or offensive behavior
    2. Posting of incorrect information
    3. Improper Use of Rewards
  3. We may take measures such as account restrictions or freezes against users who repeatedly engage in these behaviors.

4. Reporting of violations and management's response

  1. If you discover any violations, please let us know using the reporting function.
  2. The management team will review the issue based on user reports and take appropriate action.
  3. The role of the management team is to clearly identify violations to users and encourage their understanding and response.
  4. Except for obvious violations of the Terms of Use, we aim for user understanding and voluntary improvement, rather than taking immediate, mandatory action.
  5. However, in cases of repeated violations of the guidelines, we may take stricter action, such as restricting or suspending account usage, in order to protect the community.
